My journey in recruiting started when  I took my first door to door sales job at the age of 14. Little did I know then, what began as selling a dream of making money on your own time to my friends would turn into a career for me. 

 While in school studying Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, I found myself heavily involved in the recruiting efforts for my universities rugby team.  Even up to this point, I never knew recruiting could be a career I could pursue.

Like most new grads, I spent months on the job hunt before I was finally able to launch a career. It wasn't what I thought I would be doing, but I accepted an offer to start as an Associate Recruiter for a company who staffed in the healthcare industry for traveling Doctors, NP's and PA's.

Since then,  I have steadily upgraded in my career at various companies going from Team Leader to a Senior Recruiting Manager and eventually to the Director of HR and Recruiting Operations. I have staffed in various industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Sales.
