As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist the recruiting team in identifying, sourcing, and selecting candidates for various job positions within the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process from start to finish, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and skills
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and identify potential candidates
- Assist with other recruiting projects as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite
- Prior experience in recruiting or related field is a plus
